I DO know the signs of deceipt tho, looking down to the right means ____ looking up to____ means _____...so I am aware.

However when someone doesn't look me in the eyes when talking to them I am instantly suspicious of them unless I'm standing beside them talking to them while we are looking at the same thing (i.e. a chick ) or if the person is wearing sunglasses. |

But seriously I never really noticed anyone not looking me in the eye. Maybe because I'm not looking them in the eye or everyone I talk to does or I just don't care
Either way, for me, it's a non issue

We have a guy at my work who does this to everyone in the plant, stares straight at the wall while talking to anyone... Drives me up the wall.

People who look at me while talking freak me out. It's rude to stare. |

I like eye contact about half of the time, or like make contact for a few seconds, talk about something and look away, then more contact, etc.

its a big part of being a good listener...and all most people want is for someone to listen to them.... even if they are spurtin off at the mouth about somwthing they know nothing about...
