When me and my wife lost our jobs (major cutbacks prior to company closure), lost our condo, lost all of our "stuff" and ended up living in a motor home in the bay area for a few years till we got back on our feet... we were both pretty stressed out, and depressed too. |

At the end of this past semester, though I mentally thought it was going pretty well, I guess I was stressed out pretty badly in actuality. I had an immense case of depersonalization. |

Hair falls out
Scalp starts flaking
Skin in general gets really oily leading to looking like a teenage pizza
Cant sleep
Eye twitches (probably related to lack of sleep)
If its really bad, ive had anxiety attacks before, can break into a cold sweat, get heart palputations and totally phase out. (this happened in an exam once, and i somehow just lost about 15-20 minutes was totally out of it).

I don't handle extreme stress well, and try to reverse the situation that caused/causing ASAP no matter what as long as it is an improvement of the situation. |

After a while, I get a little pissy and run down. If I don't get enough sleep and eat right, I tend to catch colds easier. |

Seriously, though; I don't usually have stress in my life, and the few times there has been some, I've been able to handle it well with the support of family and friends. Yes, I'm grateful for that.
