What's it like in your neck of the woods? | Yeah, yesterday was pretty warm. Today is looking rough too -- so humid -- started sweating on the way from the kitchen to the car . . . and I parked in my garage which adjoins the kitchen.

What's new to the area is the humidity...normally we don't have it until right before it rains. We've had freakishly high, Texas-like humidity for nearly a month now.
Hope it rains soon. High heat comes with living here; walking into a swamp does not.

Hot enough for everybody to be using to much electricity, ensuring that they will be rolling blackouts soon

With the heat index, it's been close to 110 for the most part. It's a great time for the wife and I to be down to one car, which means I'm biking in to work. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
