Before that I wore black jeans, don't ask I didn't understand it either. I usaully wear a light sweater but a lot of people just wear t-shirts.

I thought it was odd because its a business office and we are generally required to dress at least business casual. I asked him about it and he told me that in the dress code it was acceptable for women to wear shorts, so he would wear them... Welcome to America 2013...
