How long should I wait for a call...

After sending in a job application? I sent in an online application about four days ago to a local Domino's (who's currently hiring) to be a customer service representative. I called two days ago to ask about the status of my application and the guy said the manager was going to go through the applications that night. I've yet to get a call. How long have you usually had to wait for a job interview call? Should I call in a couple of days to find out if my application was rejected?

Usually after I submitted my application I would wait about a week to call, and if they still haven't sorted it out yet than call back a couple days after that.

I'd call every couple days. Be very friendly and courteous, not pushy. Many times, the squeaky wheel gets the lubricant.

There you go... I don't think anyone is going to deny you a job for demonstrating that you want it badly. Shows your motivated. Just be nice about it.

Hi. This is (your name). I submitted an application on (July 3) and was checking to make sure you've received it? Is there anything else you need from me at this time? Thank you very much. Looking foward to hearing from you.
