| How long till I get my credit card in the mail?

I starting a new job and need to leave town for training on Jan. 30th. My new employer said I need to charge a hotel room on my credit card and they will reimburse me when the training is complete. Problem is: I don't have a credit card. So I sold some gear, ate nothing but Ramen Noodles for a few weeks, and today I put $650 down for a secured credit card at PNC bank. I need to recieve this card within 21 days.
The application says I'll get it in 3-4 weeks, but I read something online where a women had hers in the mail after 6 days.
Does anyone have any insight?
