I'd like to get 7-8, but I usually don't. Lately I've been in the habit of just waking up around three or four in the morning. The results is losing an hour or two trying to fall back asleep.

Ouch that sucks, what usually happens to me is I'll get really wrapped up in something like a book (or talkbass) and when I look up its 1-2 hours later than I wanted to go to bed.

Usually 6 to 7 during the week, and I catch up with 8 to 10 on the weekends.

I'd say between 6 to 8 hours is my normal amount. Between 8 and 9 hours is the perfect amount of sleep for me. Any more than 9 usually does more harm (makes me more lasy) than good.

4.5-5 is more accurate for me, but it wasn't s choice so I picked 5-6.

Any night I get 9+ is a good night but it's usually more like 4-6 depending on the night and what I'm doing the next day.

8 most nights. Usually sleep from 1-9 while I'm at school. 11-7 while I'm working.

Tonight? Four if I'm lucky. Have to crank out a paper tonight.

Somewhere between 0-11 hours, depending on what I have to do. Tonight it's probably gonna be zero.

hmm, sometimes it is up to 10, but mostly 7-8. Occasionally as little as 3 or 4.
