However, now that I have a regular 8-5 job, I get around 7 hours of sleep, sometimes 6 and a half. It sucks not getting that much sleep, but I feel like I have no "me time" if I go to bed early.

Lately I have been feeling pretty tired though, so I'm going to try and fit more sleep in during the week.

| | Registered User | | Join Date: Nov 2009 Location: Tokyo, Japan | | | I get about 6 - 7 hours a night, but I know my body and mind craves > 8. If I get too little sleep, I'll feel it throughout the next day. Ideally, I'd like to catch up on sleep during the weekends, but my body is so used to waking up at a certain time that I can't quite take advantage.
... then the whole week starts again. |

| | no really, smokemeth&hailsatan | | Join Date: Dec 2005 Location: Pueblo, CO | | | So something that my cousin told me was that the sleep paterns that you develop in your young adult life (18-25ish) are the ones that will stick with your for most of your life until you start getting older and more tired and naturally require more sleep.
Have any of you noticed this? I might be needing to change things up a bit if it is. I don't want to end up tired all the time. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
