Question How to ship legos?

Sign in to disble this ad
I got legos I'm getting ready to sell on ebay, but I have no idea how to ship them. I may just break them down, but still take a picture of them complete so people know all the parts are there. If I ship them complete how should I ship them while maintaining them in one piece?

Half the fun of legos is building them yourself. Break 'em down.

Break 'em down, just make sure all the parts are there. There is NOTHING more frustrating than a missing Lego part.

Lego rules. My favourite toy when I was a kid by far.

I will NEVER part ways with my Legos. You know how many Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome vehicles I built with all my Technics stuff? Back before they made every single customized piece to take away from the fun of actually creating something?

It's a moot point if you ship them UPS. They'll arrive broken down either way.

Thanks guys. That is what I was thinking. What fun is a lego if you just stare at it and never build it.

This is true.

But in the good old days when they were mostly metal, you'd buy them cheaper pre-painted, and leave the suckers in a bowl of paint stripper

Yeah. Mine are all Star Wars legos too. They apparently are all discountinued, I looked at the prices and this little one is like worth $150. The other bigger ones are like $250. I want to keep them to wait till their worth a lot, but I need to clean out my room, plus I'm starting to learn about recoding, high school and college are up, so I gotta buy all this stuff that I can learn from.

Here's what I'd do. Ship him everything but a crucial piece. Then hold it ransom for a hundred dollars more just for poops n chuckles.

whatever you do, you absolutely MUST pad the prescious cargo with a children's rubber inner tube.
