Just kidding... No complaints from me. A mountain bike forum I visit is veeeeeery heavily moderated and it blows. Another forum I visit has very little moderation and is a total free for all. I think TB has a good balance.

Some of the mods act like they've never been part of a team that needs to think before they react.
I think some of the mods look for any thing to cry about.
I have had threads deleted by mods and still see very similar threads still going strong.
I think some of the mods know nothing about the real world of music and the business of music. And it shows it in their attitude.
I think some of the mods are petty.
In the real world the way some of the mods behave around here they would be wearing shades.
I think some of the mods need to learn how to talk to tb members. Especially when they're letting their role as a mod go to their head.
There's a way to discipline a member without the gestapo attitude and some mods need to understand that.
