How would you cast the Jetsons?

Sign in to disble this ad
If the Jetsons came to life in a live action TV show or movie, how would you cast it?

The obvious one is Danny DeVito for Mr. Spacely.

Who would do:
George Jetson
Jane Jetson
Judy Jetson
Elroy Jetson
Rosie

Anyone else?

Elroy would have been the kid from two and half men, but he's too old now.

I was thinking Haley Joel Osmont... but too old as well.

The kid from Two and a Half Men just doesn't have the brains to be Elroy.

As long as Megan Fox is in there, I don't care who else is in it.

Anyone messed up enough to ruin any chance of it being shot in the first place.

Hey Hollywood, stop doing 'remakes'... if I want to watch the old stuff, I will just watch the old stuff. Come up with your own plots and characters please.

I dont know who Perry Millward is (googled him, not familiar) but I do like the dark direction youve gone with. Crispin Glover FTW! Have you seen Bartleby?

I have not. But it is on my Netflix. I remember reading the story in my Freshmen comp in college. I always liked the story.
I am picturing the Jetsons movie as a dark comedy. Something that wouldn't appeal to the masses likely.
Just my own twisted vision for it.
