i though iron man was good...don't get me wrong....but it was just a little typical hollywood with some typical hollywood cheese that turned me off a little...
just my opinion
and yes the first hulk...or the hulk of a few years ago...was not good...which is probably why they took another stab at it lol

And the fight scene was filmed at UofT!
I haven't seen Iron Man, but I have seen the Hulk.
it's not a sequel, but as (someone) said earlier, it's a reboot. same characters, just better.
I loved the movie. One of my favourites this year. |

I could not believe him to be any more powerful or villainous than some weedy bitter old drunk cashing his welfare check. And the CGI hulk was just way too massive, scale-wise. The made him into freaking Godzilla. I know Hulk's huge in the comics, but not that huge. And there was way too much time spent pensively thinking and not enough time spent SMASHING. Long sections of the movie were dead boring.
Sorry Bayou- different strokes and all that. |

There isn't the story depth with these characters with someone like Batman, the X-Men, Superman, et al. When you apply A-roll money and talent to b-roll source material you get a couple of movies that are pretty much just a "meh.". | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
