I don't think the Japanese game show producers have any worries about being sued. You see people BUST THEIR BUTTS (I don't dare swear) and take a BEATING on those shows!!! I would much rather watch those than American game shows.

It's too bad we don't have a better sense of humor in the US. We'd rather watch "The Moment of Truth" where people take lie detector tests and destroy their lives to make ourselves feel better.

The show on Spike TV they run late on the weekends is funny as hell with the over dubbed American commentators

Those obstacle courses are deadly. You see people really get beat to hell, and then they fall 20 feet into the shallow water
