well, i don't perform well under pressure, but....

fudged up days come and they go.
you have faced a lot of crap and you are still here and on your feet.
you have brought forth life, thus you are an agent of the forward movement of the universe. you are directly responsible for the miracle that makes it all possible for us here on earth.
you are a caring parent, sometimes that is all you may have, but it is yours.

some days, i need to remind myself that if my kids are fed and loved and we have a warm, dry place to sleep tonite, then that is good enough for now. tomorrow is another day.

This is the problem.. I don't have her and her father wont let me see her, and he just informed me that he doesn't have enough food to last through the week and wont let me take her and wont accept my help. By the time I go to court over this he could've just taken her and run, and I am afraid he may.

But that's very sweet. Really tasteful.

I wrote this Note on Fb. I can't actually send this to him, but damn I'd like to. It makes me feel a bit better to vent, though.

I'm sorry that you were driving drunk and lost your arm, but that's not my fault nor my responsibility to deal with. I'm sorry that you're blinded by your hatred and can't see what you're doing to our daughter. I truly am. I'm sorry that things get hectic and I can't take care of YOU and Leah. I'm sorry you're too lazy and too much of a druggie ******* to get a job, or for that matter even try to get one.. Actually, I guess you're more of a dead-beat father. I'm sorry that your life is so goddamn miserable. Maybe if you got off your ass, off your drugs, and off that goddamn high-horse you're do something with your life, be less of a failure in life, and actually be a good father and MAYBE be a bit happier. Though, I doubt it because you like to be pissed off. I'm sorry you're too selfish and spend your money on the things like pills, beer, and weed instead of the things you should like your daughter, or rent, or food. I'm sorry you think everyone is out to get you, because they probably are since you've burned so many bridges. But most of all, I'm sorry that Leah has to spend every day with such an uncaring, druggie, loser as a father instead of having the life such an amazing and beautiful daughter such as her should have and deserves. I can only hope that when you **** up,( and you will **** up,) that you see how happy she is with me and see your flaws and actually try to work on them instead of blaming everything on everyone else, because you can't face the truth.

excellent judgement! do not send this if you see a custody battle in your future. anything on the internet is public record. be the parent with the dignity. if he is as messed up as your note suggests, you won't need to be the one to prove it.
