She might be the boss at home, She might have the most beautiful bass But I got a promotion at work and I am now her boss.
Kind of feel weird to be my wife boss!!
I wonder how that will work. It's been only a been a week but everything is perfect so far.
I've got about 70 persons to take care of.
It's a lot of work but I really like it.

| | | | It's cool as long as you can keep business, and personal life separate. Otherwise you'll be having a lot of argument at work, and at home.

I don't envy you.

You will NEVER be your wifes boss.
Congrats on the promotion though. |

I don't envy you. | I agree. In my company, being a relative's boss is forbidden!

Since it's apparently not, I'd be as much concerned about the other employees' morale as your wife's, considering there undoubtedly will be talk of preferential treatment.

One of you needs to find a new job. Seriously.

I don't envy you. | About 70% of the times she is not with me.
But when she is, we do our best not to give any chances to anyone to think she might have any preferential treatment.
In fact she is the one doing the worst job because of that.
But it's alright with her. She like working hard.
And before I accept the job, we talked about it. Also, if I do a mistake she won't cover me. She will like she did with any other boss. I think it's normal and I accept that also.
