if you pay via credit card through paypal you can just have your card company stop payment if they don't ship you the item...

A PayPal account is usually linked to a bank account by default, but using a credit card gives you an extra layer of protection against fraud. I ALWAYS use a CC when paying by PayPal.

Paypal will bend over backward for the buyer. Sellers however can screwed big time by a buyer that know how to cheat the system. Be especially careful with out of country deals.
