i was making some mac & cheese from scratch and got a phone call at the wrong time ended up burning my cheese sauce. 
i am now sitting here with macaroni and no cheese to start over on the sauce. 
any suggestions?

You could make a sauce with oil and any other ingredient (some kind of citrus, vinegar, etc..). |

Can of tomatoes and make some sauce, add fried bacon/cut sausage/ beef mince, add chilli and herbs, top with cheese.

looks like my dinner is a heck of a lot healthier than i originally planned.
