But there is always an upside to everything.

You may need a new wardrobe, but all of those old clothes can be donated to less fortunate people. Something positive can always occur.

I spent hundreds on clothes today and only got one outfit. It was probably time to update your clothes anyway.

Congrats, but you know what? It's a reward. You look better and you can now dress like it.

Check out the thrift stores. That's where I've been getting all my threads for years. (And I'd probably score more stuff my size if I could lose another 30 pounds.)

That's nothing compared to the surgery to rid yourself of all that skin flapping around.

+ 100

I lost 80 pounds and kept it off for a while. Then it slowly crept back. At least I didn't get bigger than I was before as so often happens.

Hope you do better than I did.

It is expensive, though, that's for sure.

Yeah the clothes without elastic waistbands are always pricier.

You'd think the use of advanced materials like elastic would drive the price up, too. I mean, back when I was making fun of people for wearing stretch denim I was routinely reminded of how much they cost....

You had to get a new wardrobe when you put on the 80 lbs.
If you would have never gotten fat, you wouldn't have this problem.
