Listen to this song, it'll make you feel better. If it doesn't work listen to Andrew Jackson Jihad. A lot of Andrew Jackson Jihad.

I know people out there are alot more depressed than I was, but it happens alot to me. For no reason what-so-ever I am sad. I'd say maybe once every two months. Sometimes it lasts a weekend, week, hour, tenminutes. It's weird.

I was the same way buteveryday for a year. I was drinking everyday untill i started college. Sometimes i combined pills such as oxycotin and adderoll with my alcohol not caring ,i lived with my father and we did not show emotions. Now that i look back i am lucky i never followed through with killing myself and it is amazing i am here and kicked all those habits.

I still get sad but i am glad i had that phase of depression it made me tough.

Key point- I know how you feel somewhat i cried and i didnt know why and i felt a pain i couldnt stop . Time does heal it but sometimes waiting is hazardous if you think you may harm yourself or develop the problems i did seek help and get some medications.

I never took depression meds and i wish i would have spoke up and done it. Look into it at least. We all get the blues but if its not going away speak up.

watch some good stand up comedy.

i had a weird moment on prozac where i almost felt like i was on lsd. zoloft made my teeth feel funny. ive heard lexapro sucks. zyprexa will make you a zombie. seroquel is effective, but has a steep "learning curve" if youre sensitive to it. then again, i dont have depression, so no wonder those didnt work (seroquel does, but not because im simply depressed).

meditate, make yourself become physically active, go to a show (music or comedy).
