I had to go away...

Some of you may have noticed I've been gone a while. Some of you may have missed me. Some of you may have said "Oh, good riddance, she's annoying!" Some of you may have said, "Huh?"

I quit smoking. I decided to stay away because I had to keep my tact function turned off during withdrawal. Figured it would be best to go away and still have friends when I got back.

So...100% nic-free. No more patches. No more gum. No more money spent on nic. I can run again...really run. I can sing again, without having to work hard and being flat all the time. I have 200 extra minutes in my day for playing bass.

I just wanted to wait until I was a nice person again, before talking with my TB friends. 'Cause I love y'all like that.

Cherie

Congratulations and nice to meet you. I need to stop smoking. $7.50 a day is way too much for this filthy habit.

Way to go, Cherie! I lost my father AND stepfather no thanks to cigarettes, so it does my heart good to hear of folks successfully quitting.

Welcome back! (Yes, we missed you.)

Good job quitting and welcome back. I didn't see a RIP txbasschick, and since this place never ever ever misses an opportunity to remember a departed soul no matter how obscure, I wasn't worried yet. I too have quit smoking, but I'm going through cope at an obscene rate
