I hate it when women wear a revealing shirt and then give you a bad look when you look at "them". What's with that?

Today I'm on my way to college and this chick walks past to me wearing a REALLY revealing shirt, naturally my eyes caught sight of them. I wasn't exactly staring but it must have been obvious to her that I was looking, because she gave me a real nasty look. I mean come on now, why wear a shirt that basically is nothing more than a bra that extends to your waist, and then get annoyed when people look?

who cares, just say "nice boobs/tits/whatever" and keep walking and looking at them, that's what they want anyways when they were stuff. the "look" just makes them feel like they aren't sluts. let them think that, they feel slightly better about themselves and you get to see some nice boobage

Seriously though Dis, why would a woman do that and not expect that reaction. I'm not sure I understand the mindset here. Why wouldn't you just wear a bit less revealing clothes ? That pic of you in your booty shorts is a prime example. They look really good on you, so naturally, a guy will check out your butt. Why would you hold that against him ?
