That's not suicide; it's a return to reality.

He'll change his mind by morning and log in to cancel the request.

I don't get the message..."Permanently Delete Account", yet there is the option for the next TWO weeks to change your mind?

Mark Latimour suggested that anyone who announced they are leaving should be permanently banned. I concur.

Why not just temporarily deactivate it?

That is easier than permanent deletion.

It also kind of sucks because any pictures you had up will be deleted, so if you had pictures of other people, those will be gone. Just deactivating is nice because when you come back everything is restored, yet while deactivated it looks like you have no account at all.

I don't understand why anyone would delete their facebook account. Unless you have a major addiction to it or are barely on the internet at all (two opposite extremes) why not just keep it? In addition to keeping up with friends facebook is a great networking tool and event organizer so why get rid of it? I'm barely on facebook myself but there are things that would be much more difficult if I were not to have it like campus activities and other stuff.

LOL Facebook sucks. Don't use it. On that note I just started playing WoW. It's fun, but I don't see how people can get addicted to it. Some people have no self restraint.

I never really used FB at all anyways, but I don't feel like just "deactivating" that biznatch. I'd rather just have it GONE, than prolly get a bunch of e-mails all the time "X misses you, please come back", or "GIVEZ UZ YUR SOULZ!!!!!". In the words of the late George Carlin: *whistle* "IT'S GONE!" The 14 days is a total psych thing where they hope to get you back. Im sure I'll get a bunch of (automated ) e-mails anyways, over the next 2 weeks LOL

Thanks again maki for being you and posting a picture that after the 20th time is showing a large lack of imagination. At least the pic of the soldier on the donkey (with my face shopped on the donkey) prolly took more time than just slapping a pre-transparentcied picture of **** on a photo

The one consolation is that your post no longer counts for **** so I guess it makes sense to simply post some

You can have it so that you don't receive any emails from it. If you don't want to spend time on it, don't spend time on it. Why would you take yourself off completely? Your friends can't tag you in photos etc. It's easy to just stop facebook from notifying you about anything, and a year later log in and see photos of yourself from all over that friends took. No need to delete it.

I can't seem to loose on this LOL

Anytime buddy. I keep coming back to this picture not because its so good, but because it's so bad it makes it full of win.
