Today is my 13th wedding anniversary. I totally had no idea until I got to work and wrote the date down for the first time......
I plan on stopping on the way home, and getting some roses and a card...... Dinner out of course......
I'm not in the dog house yet, I don't think.
Anything else last minute that will win me some points, and throw her off the fact I totally blanked?

Only way to do it better is to bring them to her at work. Although, I am working on the assumption that your wife works in an office environment.

I think my damage control measures are successful.

I'm kinda stuck here for the duration today, but I'll pick something up on the way home.
I went to Walgreen's on lunch and got her a card. It was funny as hell! There was another dude shopping for an anniversary card too! (His anniversary was today as well, but he claimed that he'd taken her out last night........ I dunno if I'm buying it.)
