Anyone else heard this stupid song? Super catchy, but this is not what the thread is about. Who thinks that Weird Al should do a cover of it? I do lets write some lyrics for it a line at a time.
I kissed a man
lowsound

More on topic; I can't play. Heard the song, not impressive enough to remember the lyrics.
Edit: Werid Al should definitely do it.

This was never the way I planned
Not my intention.
I got so brave, drink in hand
Lost my discretion
It's not what I'm used to
Just want to try you on
I'm curious, for you,
Caught my attention
I kissed a girl
And I liked it
The taste of her cherry chapstick
I kissed a girl
Just to try it
I hope my boyfriend don't mind it
It felt so wrong
It felt so right
Don't mean I'm in love tonight
I kissed a girl
And I liked it
(I liked it)
No, I don't even know your name
It doesn't matter
Your my experimental game
Just human nature
It's not what good girls do
Not how they should behave
My head gets so confused
Hard to obey
I kissed a girl
And I liked it
The taste of her cherry chapstick
I kissed a girl
Just to try it
I hope my boyfriend don't mind it
It felt so wrong
It felt so right
Don't mean I'm in love tonight
I kissed a girl
And I liked it
(I liked it)
Us girls we are so magical
Soft skin, red lips, so kissable
Hard to resist, so touchable
Too good to deny it
Ain't no big deal it's innocent
I kissed a girl
And I liked it
The taste of her cherry chapstick
I kissed a girl
Just to try it
I hope my boyfriend don't mind it
It felt so wrong
It felt so right
Don't mean I'm in love tonight
I kissed a girl
And I liked it
(I liked it) |

lowsound | she pushes it so hard in the verses that she's getting into four-non-blondes territory. |

But it got me wondering, what the hell is a chapstick? Lip balm? How's that sexy? "Baby I got chapped lips, come taste my cherry lip balm"?

As a side note, my wife always smiles and laughs when this song comes on, but I won't go into details about that, either.

I don't exactly get that either. Leave it up to a dumb bimbo like this to sing about kissing another girl with chapped lips.
