I don't know if this video has been posted before, but these guys never cease to amaze me. This one is a prime example of creative RCing and what one can accomplish. The B-29 uses four chainsaw engines. Awesome!

how does someone even go about making something like that. I mean do they have plans for a B-59 and modify them. Or make something that flies that looks like one or what.

Model RC planes is always something I had a passing interest in but never actually got into

I love it when he does the inverted pass.

Check out this B52 with 8 gas turbines. Sad.

I've parked my heli for a while. I'm at the point where I can take off, fly figure 8's, land, take off, etc. I'm afraid that if I get any more aggressive with it, I'll be doing some really expensive repairs.

My Son and I have several FAST nitro cars and a new electric Traxxas Slash, offroad race truck. For $200 the Slash is a ton of bang for the buck and all the tracks are adding racing classes for them.

Our latest endeavor is RC Rock Crawling. We bought an Axial A10 Scorpion (kit version) and are in the process of setting it up with all the serious aftermarket goodies........$$$$$$$$$

Going slow is a LOT of fun!!

This is what it's all about!!

I mounted a little movie camera to a small RC plane and am having fun taking footage of different areas. Amazingly the footage comes out looking WAY better than you might think. Just got back from Occoquan VA where I was over the marinas there. Pretty cool. Now I need software to edit the AVI files so I can through them on Utube.

Nice! That's what we call a "Pattern" plane used for flying Patterns in competition. They handle like a Ferrari I might get another electric seaplane at some point. I miss the one I had. They're fun when the fish aren't biting. Flying helis has made me much better fixed wing pilot but I'm having too much fun with the cars and now the rock crawler.

My favorite plane at the moment is my ParkZone T-28 Trojan. My first flight didn't go so well but a bit of Uhu Creativ styrofoam glue and I was back in the air the next week.

I'm also into helicopters, but I'm just learning side in hovering now. I have a Honey Bee Fixed Pitch and an E-Flite Blade 400. The HBFP serves as my 'sim' and once I'm solid on the HBFP I try it on my Blade 400.

I believe the plane shown in the original post was debuted at SEFF, which is a yearly gathering of RC flying enthusiasts in Georgia the first weekend in May.

I'm a fellow RC pilot as well. Been flying for about 5 years now. Mostly into aerobatic planes. I wonder how many other TB'ers are into RC as well?

Later R.

I looked at the Trojan a while back and decided not to go for it being a low wing. I'd like to get one of the cheap RTR brushless, lipo battery powered sea planes, then maybe build a nice DeHaviland scale seaplane.

The best thing I did as far as heli flying was moving up to a .50 size electric. The smaller ones are VERY hard to learn on. I couldn't believe how easy the larger ones fly!!

I use to fly all nitro stuff but the new Li-Poly batteries and brushless motors make the electrics fly really well and I can fly in my front yard.

Yup, he mentioned he has represented Australia on an international level for RC acrobatics.

The Trojan was my second plane after getting started last year on the HobbyZone Super Cub. My first aileron plane and after getting the trim correct is an easy flying yet fast plane.

I hover my HBFP in a 5'x6' area in my kitchen so I had to learn control right off the bat. You're correct the big birds are easier to fly. Even my Blade 400 is way more stable (though a belt-driven tail and Futaba GY401 gyro helps immensely). Just have to get over the fact it sounds like a flying chainsaw.

I just picked up a HobbyZone Super Cub. Took it out yesterday with my 14 year old son. I crashed it and broke the tail section off. Off to the hobby shop today after work for some repair help...
