Ok,

I'm usually the happy and humorous guy.

Now, a lot of bad sh***t has happened this week, and I am
about at my wits end. I can deal with the chores and stuff,
but I can't deal with being the only one of three being healthy
and functional in the family.

I put the recording project I was working on on hold, and I put the band projects on hold. My mates all were ok with that.

I now am going into one of those bad depressions that I hate,
I posted some of those in the Lobby before, but, part of
dealing with it is talking about it.

When I get depressed, it is like a pain in my chest, a lump
I can't get rid of.

Some guys helped me with this last time,(mr.moonjam, diggler, njl, etc. and thanks!).

Man, the highs are great but the mental lows sark.

If I seem weird around the board, I apologise in advance.

Peace

Thor

I know exactly what you mean here, I've had an especially bad streak lately, and have been pushed far down mentally.

I just keep telling myself that the good times are worth the pain we continuously encounter. I see it as right now I'm the hangover after an night of drinking, while things feel really crumby, looking back it was worth the pleasure, and look forwards to the like.

Hang in there bud, you'll pull yourself out soon enough

You are on the right path to thinking yourself out. Remember, things can always be worse and things are going to get better sooner than you think.

Thanks guys.

Wow, can believe you guys are up this late!

I am just seriously hurting, one of those lows you
feel like a slug in the chest.

I''m gonna try to sleep and make it go away. Sleep
does not come easy any more without stupid anxiety
dreams (about 45 cowbells in the drum kit)

Argg

Hey, luv you guys, thanks T

PM sent buddy. Seriously. You'll be fine. Don't let your mind think itself into circles. Oh yeah, whatever you do, don't play golf. It'll just piss you off.

Walking!

Who said anything about walking? How are you going to hold the 12ver walking? I mean it can be done, but it's so much more fun sliding out in golf carts.

They didn't have those things per-say in Mark Twain's days... I suppose i could modernize it and say it ruins a perfectly good drive?

Those things are fun... Don't ask how i know that as i never golfed in my life... All i will say is, apartment repair people shouldn't leave garages open at night... Rest, I must claim the 5th...
