What district are you voting in? Home or where your college is?

Call your local party headquarters, if you are leaning towards a particular party. They are quite interested in making sure that you vote, and probably understand the local rules quite well.

Best thing to do is keep your voting at your home location and go absentee voter. Then have someone in your family mail the ballot before the election.
