I played with Bill Murray last night

I was playing a private party last night. Solomon Burke sang a lovely version of stand by me. Bill Murray sang Gloria and Sweet home Chicago with us too. Odd night. Mickey Rourke was surprisingly shy. We sounded great. It was a second of two gigs I did last night. I am still tired.

Wow, that's quite a picture! I've heard some not very complimentary things about him from others who have dealt into him. What was your experience?

I've been a fan of Bill Murray for as long as I can remember. I'm envious.

Awesome!

This sounds like one of the Bill Murray http://seriouslulz.com/no-one-will-ever-believe-you/ files, but unlike those stories, this is actually true.

Awesome pic.... Congrats for a great night. That Jazz bass of yours looks really sweet. What year is it? This is probably meangless info to you, but I lived in Albuquerque in the late 70's and my best friend in the world still lives there. I miss it. )-(

In regards to the skiing accident, I think it might be true when he arrived he had a bag of ice early on... But, Trust me no one there was feeling any pain.

Santa Fe is definitely sounding like the place to be right now (from where I write this, it's 9 degrees Fahrenheit outside right now). Was that gig really outside or does it just look like it?

Very cool. Did he lounge it up, or rock it?

A few more inches and it looks like Mr. Murray would have gotten an ear full of Jazz Bass... and I don't mean from the monitor.
