It really doesn't look like they are that high. When I go up with my buds in the skydive plane it looks about the same at 12000 feet Maybe the altitude is playing tricks on me

I'd give my right one or my left one to go up in the space shuttle!!!

I've heard that every iPod that goes up needs to be modded to use AA batteries, since the Apple batteries aren't on the NASA's spaceflight-approved list. I also hear that the iPod cannot be taken on the ISS, since it's not approved technology.
