They reek of elitist cliques and it's quite difficult to even get a response beyond "lol, who is this guy?!"
I've lost count of how many I've started at, and left soon after.

And even then, I end up leaving because of the influx of trolls. It's predictable and like a tide, it eventually goes back out. Still, it's a very tough place to take when it's in full effect.
