Just joking around of course.

West U is a super nice area - it's one of the few areas of Houston proper where you can live in a nice part with a prime location of the city and actually have a front and back yard of your own.....but the price of entry to that neighborhood takes some serious $$$.

No doubt. They are kinda close to everything, including some hot blues clubs. I'm a regular underage bar fly at the Big Easy as well as a few others around town

My brother was a bike taxi in austin and he said the rich area would most often tip way less than every where else.

I walk/bike/streetcar past a dude who looks like the bastard child of Brian Eno and Beetlejuice. I call him Enojuice. True story.

One would think that the rich would tip well (and sometimes they do), but if you thin about it, you dont get rich by giving all your money away.
