I think I broke something on my comp...Any help?

So...I can't click on any of the smileys, or [IMG] thingys.
Anyone know how I can fix it? I'm on Windows.

This must be in your browser's settings. Is it Internet Explorer?
EDIT: If it is, use what functionalities it has left to go over to mozilla.org and download firefox. Or Opera.

In your settings, under "content", make sure Java and Javascript are checked. Otherwise, I have no idea

Tools, internet options, and go through the tabs and set everything to default or reset web settings.
