Hello,
Summary: After I sent $210 to his paypal account, he never responded me back. I called him 5 times and left a voice message once asking when he would be able to ship the bass.
Never got a response. Sent 2 PMs but ignored by him.
He has been online while I was writing this. Still didn't answer my PMs.
The longer and more detailed version is right below...
-------------------------------------------------------
I haven't been really active on this website so far, but to buy a bass, I decided to jump in and look around the Used basses.
And I looked at "lowendgenerator"'s thread "Basses, Amps, Guitars, Drums" on "For sale: Bass Guitars" forum and thought this supporting member of this community with 29 positive feedback would be trustful.
So I contacted him asking about "Korg Pandora", "IbanezSR800" and he was very nice then.
When I contacted him, he said Ibanez Sr800 had been already sold so he recommended me to buy the "Squire MIK P-Bass".
So I decided to buy it at $150, a gig bag at $20, and shipping charge $40, total $210.
So I paid it through paypal, and after I paid $210 on Monday night, I sent him a PM that says
---------------
"Hey Adam,
I sent $210 through paypal just now.
Now, I hope you would send it very soon.
Are you going to send it with some kind of online tracking option? It would be great if you can do that.
Anyhow, I can't wait!
Thanks,
Andrew"
---------------
Then He never responded me back until 2pm today[Tuesday] so I called him total 5 times. But he never answered. I even left a voice message but he didn't even PM me about how and when he would ship it.
Then I send another PM,
--------------------
Hey Adam,
I sent you $210 through paypal.
my addy(address) was:
abchung@ucsc.edu.
I don't know why you are not picking up the phone or either sending me a PM back.
I'm little worried that I would be(get..) ripped off..
Just PM me ASAP
Thanks

Never responded me back even though he's online right now..
So I decided to use the "Dispute the transaction".
And I think Adam(lowendgenerator) would read this also so if you want to defend yourself please do so.
Is using "Dispute the transaction" the best way to solve this problem? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
