I used it as an example of teamwork. It was filmed two days ago in Ireland. Enjoy.

That's pretty sweet, but good god that water looks toxic and colder than all hell.

I forgot to say. Pay close attention to the credits. I know that it can't be the guy we know and love. There's no fail whatsoever in this video.

Daren,

Very cool!

Speaking of cold water and offshore breaks, did you see the recent big wave contest footage from Nelscott Reef in Oregon? The guy who shot these photos is local to me, I see him at shows around here all the time.

"The 2010 event was held in the largest waves ever surfed at Nelscott Reef. Buoy readings peaked at 24.6’@16 seconds producing some 50 foot faces. Sunny and glassy conditions persisted all day."

I did. Some crazy stuff. Super clean and glassy though. Almost made it look inviting.

if there's one thing that I'd love to be able to do before I croak, it would be that. That looked freaking awesome

We don't get REALLY good surf like that here in Ireland very often, but then again, I'm not nearly good enough to surf waves like that. I would've probably spent the next six months in hospital.

Yep, I have friends who were surfing near there that day. A day or two before that it was blowing 50 out there, with even bigger waves. The local windsurf forecaster chick was telling everyone to go get some at the coast. Once you realize that the water temp is in the 50s too (at best) chasing around after country singer chicks at the winery seemed a little more tempting though...
