What sort of nad powder is recommended? |

Try hitting 98-102 every day for 4 weeks straight, then add 90%+ humidity to it.
So, what the OP is saying is that he would rather live in Central FL than in DC?
I'll take 100+ here in the mid-Atlantic over ~95 in Central FL any day. I won't even talk about gigging in the French Quarter in New Orleans during August with no a/c in the club and a dress code that forbade either t-shirts or shorts, not to mention dress shoes required....

| Amen. The humidity is killer. I can't walk from my car to a store entrance without breaking into a sweat. If you wanna do anything outside, you have to wait until 6 or 7 at night for it to be doable. Everyone who lives out of state at my college is always like "OMG Florida has the perfect weather," and then I see their facebook statuses all summer saying "... misses the Florida weather!" They are only here from September to the beginning of May... late May to the end of August are the absolute worst here... :P so they get none of the bad, and all of the good.
