I'll be excited but in the back of my mind I'll be somewhat worried.

I would pray that it means people in America would be scared enough to give NASA a bigger budget!

Yay space exploration and the endless innovations it brings!

After seeing Invasion... I don't know if I want them to.

I just hope Tom Cruise won't become their spokes person.

Probably will locate signs of life before we find anything like a plant or something.

What do we fear? That we are not alone?

Couldn't care less. Wouldn't really affect my life in any way. Chances are there is life out there somewhere, so it wouldn't really be a big surprise.

Hasn't anyone seen the late 90's movie Mars Attacks!

We're doomed.

I'd probably be something like a trilobite, so I really have no reason to be afraid of it. Hell, even if we find herds of T-Rex on mars, why should we be afraid? It's not like they can fly on over to earth and kill us all.

or can they?

If we find life on mars we definitely have to nuke it as it poses a threat to earth....

That pic is ridiculous.

The F-15 was discontinued years ago...
...and clearly not capable of interstellar flight.

The life they find will be in the terms of bacteria and one-celled beings. No worries! It will only enforce my belief that a number of 0 to 0.5-stage civlisations are out there.

If that T-Rex was flying an F22 that'd be ironic...
