I know this will deprive you all of your fun, but imagine that they are neither zombies, nor hostile, nor anything except people who would continue being the people they were if they were still alive.

Would we still own them? I mean, who I bring back depends greatly on whether or not I can put them in a cage after I'm done playing with them or if they're just going to disappear the first time I mention anything about needing them to mow my lawn or cook my dinner.

If you didn't own them in life, you don't own them in their resurrection.

Granted, depending on who you bring back they could be on the market...
