If you could write a thank you section for your life.

A lot of artists do a thank you section in the back of their album booklets. Kinda got me thinking in mid-shower what if you could write one for your life. Mine would read like this:
I would like to thank: God for keeping me safe against unmeasurable odds and blessing me with my family and friends. My Mom(R.I.P)and Dad for making my choices my voice and doing the best they could in an impossible situation, your love is the only armor I will ever need. My girlfriend for with standing all the hell that I have raised recently, you are my anchor in the storm that is my life, without which I might be set adrift. My sister who is the proof that people are inherently pure at heart, I pray every day that you will be free of the bonds that hold you, I long to see you smile again. My friends and comrades with whom I have endured nearly unspeakable hells, I would lie down my lives for you and bloody my hands to save. Every musician i have ever played with for shaping me as a creative force. My teachers and professors for teaching me to walk out boldly into the world with both eyes open and my feet firmly on the ground. All of you have made me, have been my saviors and at times my sorrows. I know that without you a would be nothing and I owe all you that. I am not a perfect person and at times I neglect my blessings but know that in the end you are what I will measure my life by.

Long winded yeah but its a good source of personal reflection.

My ex-girlfriends, for teaching me to never trust birth control and the women who claim to take it.

But in all seriousness, my parents. They are the two people wholly responsible for all the good qualities I have.

Definitely the parents!

Then all good friends and anyone who has ever given me an opportunity.

Thank you mom&dad for not kicking me out of the home and still considering me as their son despite all the bull%&^! I do.

Thank you the Semerian lady whom forgot a piece of bread wet, which is considered the very first beer on the planet.(They got the idea from the wet bread it seems.)

Thank you mom for eating my brains out by talking and talking all these years thus making me immune to woman's yadda yadda yoddle.

Thank you all my friends whom took a part in the lesson "do not trust anyone, never!".

Thank you my ex for reminding me what happens if I don't follow the lesson above.
