Good for him. Years ago I chased a punk that was breaking into houses in my area. I got him by the shirt and as I pushed off to tackle him (former football player) My hamie blew out..OUCH...He got away.

I saw this on the news this morning. Funny, but a bad injury. I think the recovery time for an Achilles tendon is quite a while and a lot of rehab.
