After spending many years in great shape I now have a beer gut and no pants fit me right. They all friggen slide down and stop in that little slot above where your hip bones start and your gut ends. Now I always have chafed hips and underwear elastic imprints under my gut. This sucks. I too hate myself today. Blah!

I had almost forgotten about that...now I feel like shite remembering it and the resulting hernia repair surgery which would be worthy of it's own thread.
