I'm getting an error message.

Every time I start my pc I get the message below. I also noticed that my PC won't load from the Welcome screen to my desktop as fast as before. Before it took like 5 seconds, now it takes like 2 minutes.

The Error message is unclear in your pic. What does it say?

Do you have a H Drive? If so, what is it (cd rom, Harddrive, flashdrive?)

There is a program that wants to run or something you tried to uninstall did not uninstall completely

It says

Error loading H:\PROGRA~\UNINST~1.DLL

The specified module could not be found

The H drive is my hard disk.

Your problem is in some Program. Was there a program/application you recently tried to uninstall? if so did you reboot the computer since then? If not try rebooting..

Check your event viewer for more details

Go to start > Run > and type in: eventvwr

Check the both logs

I uninstalled a smilie/search engine my sister installed. I didn't reboot after that.

Looks like the uninstall might have missed a reg key somewhere. Go to Start->Run and type in "msconfig". See if there is anything related to the application you uninstalled still in the Startup menu, you may even see a listing with a similar path to the one the error specified. If you see something related there, uncheck it. You can also uncheck any other items that you are familiar with (if you feel that you don't need them) in that listing, this will improve your startup time. Anything that you are unsure of, just leave it alone. You can find out if you need it or not if you type the Startupitem name into a search engine.
