I setup and run cnc mills. I also do some jobs with the manual mills and lathes. Depending on the work load.
We make various components for military and commercial jet engines and environmental controls. As well as parts for helicopters and tanks. Its a cool job. It can be stressfull at times, Since its aviation. Alot of tight tolerences, so not much room for error. |

| | | | congratulations. My second arrived a couple of months ago :-)
Take mummy out for as many nice meals possible in the last few months before the baby's born. You can't understand the work you're letting yourself in for, and the days when you could both just go out for a night will be long gone. Free time and "me time" is a something you won't have for the next few years, so make the most of the time you have left |
