There's a distinct possibility that I'm having to quit both my worship bands as recently my playing has suffered because of my wrist problems.
Then last night I almost smashed my Shergold because I was so angry at the possibility of the above happening.
Now I've found out that my dog is seriously ill and could poosibly even die, and is having emergency treatment as I type this.
I just wanna cry........... | I hope you both feel better asap. Maybe putting the bass down for a couple of weeks will help the wrist, no ?

On the gig, sometimes a break is a good thing. Doesn't feel good at the time(isn't there some scripture to this point?)but when you can play again, you may have a much greater appreciation for it.

I just wanna cry........... | I agree with much of the advice already given. Take a break, seek out some good distractions, and get your wrist looked at by someone who knows what they're doing. Best wishes for your dog's recovery.

Always look on the bright side of life. | Rated as the worst way in the history of the Earth in which to die. Although Peter one up him, got skinned alive then crucified upside down.

My cell group in church is splitting up, and I someone turned off my alarm clock today. I was supposed to go to church a few hours ago.
