After getting up all last week at 3:30AM , driving 2 hours to and fro and working 8-12 hours a day ,coupled with a sick child last night that I have been up with since midnight ...

I'm stayin' home today!

Need to catch up on the house and yard work anyway .

I'm game, though I'm already at work, guess I'll stick around in this wiring closet for the rest of the day.

I have a biochem exam on Wednesday and had a cell bio test this past Friday, so I didn't have class today. Also, no class this Friday since it's fall break.

If it weren't for an extremely important meeting today, I would have.

I'm jealous.

I didn't have to work today. I'm a federal employee, so I get Columbus Day off. Your tax dollars at work, my fellow Americans.

And proud of it.

We had our first decent snowfall today. With that come the really bad drivers, no way I was risking my neck to get to class today. Ended up having a fantastic game of shinny.
