It doesn't affect me any which way because I don't read horoscopes, and don't do crossword puzzles and am not legally insane.

Also, zodiacs and crosswords are entirely different. One is a test of vocabulary, while the other is believing there are people who can predict the daily lives of people based on what months of the year they were born in. |

It affects a different system of astology that is mainly used in eastern Asia, which is based on the observable position of the constellations in relation to the sun and earth, or something like that. So it doesn't change anything for the majority of people on TB.

And no-one has yet provided any evidence that it is. You have verifiable evidence that proves it and not just a bunch of anecdotal stories? Let's see it.
BTW, here's some food for thought: http://skepdic.com/astrology.html

And no-one has yet provided any evidence that it is. You have verifiable evidence that proves it and not just a bunch of apocryphal stories? Let's see it. | everything is relative to something. numerology predates modern mathmatics, alchemy predates modern chemistry, and astrology is the precursor to astronomy, IMHO. i simply have implied validity from the fact that "every" ancient culture has practiced these forms of occult sciences. modern scientists or religious leaders cannot disprove these beliefs but, will deny them. fact is, both Christianity and science is heavily rooted in the occult.
lends credence to a saying that "Man has forgotten more than he has learned". if you have the Zeal for knowledge, you can be taught.
personally,.. i have a wide open mind and therefore there are no limits to the possibilities at MY disposal. i have seen proof of the science but i can't make it tangible for you. the astrology that i have witnessed being practiced doesn't have anything to with vague predictions in a news paper..., it's so much more involved. it takes an individual exaulted to almost "Deity" status to perform an accurate reading or horoscope!!! YMMV

If you choose to operate from a "scientific" point of view you have to accept the only statement you can make here is you see no evidence for astrology. Furthermore to say you see no evidence you actually have to have looked. Have you? I somehow doubt it..... Quote: |

| Actually your statement that "astrology is a total load of BS" does place a burden upon you to back that statement up with evidence. |
