I'm trying to exist in a post "Ab Ripper" existance.

And it is starting to feel impossible. I made the mistake of doing Ab Ripper two days in a row. If I don't stretch every ten minutes or so I can't even walk.

Any other TBers doing P90? Have you done anything as unimaginably stupid as trying Ab Ripper 2 days in a row?

Yeah, I did P90. Never tried to do Ab Ripper 2 days in a row; doesn't Tony say not to at the beginning of the video?

Did anyone else read the thread title as "A-flat" ripper rather than "ab" ripper?

Guilty. Must be a hell of a musical exercise to render you unfit for walking. Oh, wipes you out and you can't play walking bass.
I get it now!

I've used P90X workouts but never followed the whole scheme or plan.

Having said that, I would never do that workout or any ab workout two days in a row. Abs aren't as big and strong as say your bicep and they're also very important to other body functions.

Hernia's also come to mind.... Not much fun at all.

In the middle of P90X ATM. I would never try Ab Ripper 2 days in a row, I still can't even make it through all "349 moves."

I do know the feeling though, I did Plyometrics on Saturday and my legs are still killing me.
