I fell in love with the movie "Across the Universe" I just saw it the other day, now I own it and i've been watching it as often as possible...
I was NEVER a Beatles fan... I love their lyrics, but their music isn't to my taste... Which makes this movie perfect, they take the lyrics I love and put them in music I really love. My favorites are their arrangements of Strawberry Fields, Come Together, I wanna hold your hand (Made it very sad) and A day in the life.
Music *IS* my life. There are now 3 things that changed my life...
1. The first time I heard "Mars, the bringer of war". Holst: The Planets.
2. The first time I heard Stanley Clarke
3. Across the Universe.
I'm not sure where I'm headed now, but just listening to this music is making me want to make my life a better place. It's a shame I have to appreciate the Beatles from this point of view..

If the impossible is indeed possible, then the probability of the impossible actually meeting the criteria for impossibility is not only improbable, but very likely impossible in and of itself. |
