Is it impossible for women to NOT scream at parties?

So it's 2:45am down under, and there is a loud party going on next door with no signs of ending any time soon. The last time these guys had a party it went until 7am. I can put up with the music and whatever. But WHY do women have to scream at parties? Seriously every 10-15 seconds one of them goes;

"WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWOOOOO!!!!"

Honestly I don't get it. I've never seen/heard any guys scream at parties. What is it with women and screaming when they are drunk?

Because drunk chicks, more often than not, are a lot more annoying than drunk dudes. I drink until I can barely notice how annoying they are/walk.

drunk chicks are by far the noisiest and most annoying creature on the planet. No matter which country that you're in it's always the same sound:

then again since it also doubles as a mating call, no guesswork about it.
