| | | | Considering my family has some history in running each other over when we're in a bad mood, I personally think she made the wrong decision. Conversely, he made the wrong decision by running her over, but that's a give-in.

I feel sorry for the woman who died, and it sounds like she was trying to "do the right thing", but I would not dare an angry drunk to run me over.

Peace,
Greg

Even if it was my best friend and they were completely sober I wouldn't do that.

The man (driving) was stopped in the parking lot with the window down arguing with someone outside his window. The woman got out of the passenger seat to go out and settle things down. As she was walking in front of the vehicle the driver nailed the gas for an unknown reason, ran her over, and killed her.
I don't believe anyone "deserves" to die, but when stuff like this happens I don't really feel bad. Maybe i'm just calloused after seeing hundreds of drunk driving accidents in my career, but when you drink to excess you have to accept the consequences of your actions.

They should certainly, however, accept the consequences of the victim's stupid actions.
