Here's a few local ones - I've taken quite a few more over the years.

If you pass through Paris, Ontario and keep going west, you'll hit London, Ontario.

And wouldn't it be grand if there was actually an address of 69 Paris on Hilton Head Island, SC?

Don't spend too much time thinking about that one.

**edit** just google-mapped it.... There is a Baptist Church on Paris St on Hilton Head Island. I'm done.

Worked there for a while. Nice town.

Also worked in Kitchener, ON for a couple of years. Old name? Berlin.

Funny story for you.

My wife and I host international students from time to time. One time we had a Japanese girl staying with us. One day, quite excitedly, she ran up to us saying that she will take a short vacation in London and the airfare was only $100. Suspiciously, my wife and I asked to see her itinerary and told her she only purchased tickets to see London Ontario. lol She quickly cancelled the trip afterward.

There's a Joke here in Chicago that goes like "what are the three streets in Chicago that rhyme with vagina? Answer...Melvina, Paulina and Lunt"
